Ina roya a started this operation in the summer of spring, summer of 13. The key part was that her sister would buy bit coin from the women that she paid um in in exchange for goods or services. They would hold it themselves, self custody wallets, ok? Back then, just kind of much more rudimentary than we have today,. And then when they wanted to buy something, like new materials to make clothing,  they would go to roya's sister, send the bit coin to her, and she would give them whatever at some agreed upon exchange rate. That was the key mechanism that helped it make it work, so that the women could be paid in bit coin
