How Does Food Influence Nutrition?
Being a chemist probably gives you some unique view points on nutrition, right? It's really interesting, cause i use kind of myself almost as a science experiment. And let's be clear, nutrition is byol chemistry, ris bone. You eat a piece of food, a chunk of meat, some lettuce, and it's broken down into its component parts. They all contribute to something in the body. I having understanding of what's actually happening at the enzime, at the molecular level, ight, i think makes it super interesting.
