Uterine Rupture in Patients With Scar Uterus
The signs could be a retraction of fetal parts or a sudden change in station those are some of the things that are asked about that would indicate uterine ruptures. And interestingly enough you can get uterine rupture in patients who don't have previous scar uteruses. There is a case in my institution not too long ago where a patient who had never had C-section before had a uterine rupture and that was a big deal.
