Should I Create Experts or Should I Upskill Everyone?

Is there some ligmeti concept that overarches how people can communicate more effectively outside of working on their individual self? Is there, like, some system that can also help foster a lot of this more effective communication? It's a really interesting question. There are things i imagine that companies could do right that would either force some aspect of that. Or e talked about recording yourself earlieror you can imagine where something like that becomes commonplace and helps in different ways. But the if you're an individual who is motivated to get better in this space, you can look for opportunities to do so in your day-to-day or even outside of your day to day.
