The Corpus Callosotomy and the Brain
The brain was separated, not just physically, but also in regards to separating the mind out. They flashed up two images simultaneously to individuals who had a corpus callosotomy. The information doesn't have to cross the other side in order to do that. That crosses down in lower regions below the corpus callosum. So there's not a way that he saw anything at all. But if you give that individual a pen in their left hand, which is controlled by that right hemisphere and say, draw a picture of the image that you did not see, they'll draw the cup. Because that right hemisphere is controlling that left hand. Does that make sense? Yeah.
