Nicole: I record the negotiation in real life podcast. The goal of that podcast is to bring on guests who've had, you know, interesting and challenging negotiations so people can learn from their experience. Kwame: One of the things that I really admire about what you're able to do is you have the mediation background, you, your lawyer too, and you have the business savvy as well. Nicole: It's a big differentiator for me, particularly in the mediation work, but also in the training and the consulting.
