Jacob Nielsen has written a post entitled a hundred year view of user experience. We've featured over the years quite a lot of articles from NN Lisa Norman group. But to be honest I think most of the ones we've featured haven't been written by Jacob. That's true. You've got to go back to 2012 I think.
