What Do You Think About People Quitting Their Jobs?
In the states, at least i'm in canada, it's a little bit different in terms of employment. We're not necessarily seeing this great resignation that you are seeing 25, 30 million people quit their jobs. Part of it is that people have largely been emboldened to make moves that feel risky to them. But redistribution is real. I would even argue that people who took covet as a sign to get out of the city and move to the burbs might have made a decision in a moment of panic,. That they might later regret if they had a certain life style.
