Dr. Dow: I think that it's an interesting impulse that drives a lot of organizations is wanting to eliminate risk and being afraid of, um, what, you know, need protection. She says we often relinquish our own agency and our own ability to make difficult decisions. "I feel like the work that you've done is a really important piece in equipping people to do that important work and do it well"
