The Impact of Hard Evidence on Sexual Harassment
In cases of rape, the punishment is higher and there is also a much higher level of evidence. So we are indeed looking at a really, really minority of those cases where the victims have the grit or they have the confidence to take this case forward. And I don't think there would be any variation across space and time, especially in the small window that I'm looking at.
