"I worked with kids who were getting stuck in the emergency room. And so i started keeping track of all this for a couple o months, and then i had no idea," she said. "Once i found out what the reports looked likem, i realized that we were not doing our best to use this data." She says it only took about six months of connony showing some of these things and being very vigilant in her work.
