How to Maintain Insulin Sensitivity

Insulin is more sensitive at night versus earlier in the day as a general statement, overlying what you just said. You're more insulin sensitive in the morning, less at night. If you've lost a degree of insulin sensitivity, be mindful of your carbohydrate intake. Hydrate, move your body, like even 10 to 15 minutes of walking after a meal will help mitigate your blood sugar response. It also impacts your leptin and ghrelin appetite and satiety hormones.
