I've seen so much while recently, because you're right, quite quitting is basically people just doing what. So there's like an outcry, all these people are like fighting back by just doing their job description. This is actually giving it back again to the employer. No one's suddenly need to stop working when you're burning out three times in a year. They're quietly firing you to a point where you go, I can't do this anymore, I've got to leave. And that double description should be enough to get someone that's for them to do their job, get paid and get promoted Actually.
