i have been consistently pursuing work in the resterant industry ever since i was a kid. In college, i wrote my senior thesis about restaurant reservations for my m m s s major. I even created a completely new role for myself at a restaurant that didn't have any kind of strategy or finance team. And then i helped that restaurant survive the covid shut downs throughout 20 20. So that consistency of interest, i saw as as a strength a but i also felt that there were some gaps. A, namely, while i had this consistency of interest,. i honestly didn't feel that my work was very significant.
