Is There a Mastery of Language?

i'm a i speak a few languages, and one of the things that i know about people with mastery of language is this. The true sense of mastery of a language is when you can tell a joke. That's the real mastery of it. And so when these things are manifest in our lives through humor or emotion, those are the things that you truly remember. It buelts to this crescendo when you get to the end, where the regression thing happens, and when the message comes out.
