The Hope of the Lord Yahweh in Genesis Five

Genealogies are kind of like hitting a fast forward button on a VHS tape. They push the story forward without having to go through all the little details of everybody's life. This genealogy is 10 members, it takes us from Adam to Noah. And then what does it do? It stops at Shem and it's story. Well then in Genesis chapter 11, we're going to have another genealogy which takes us from Abraham to David. Is that one as well? I think those are the major locations because those are the covenants of the Bible.
