If you're feeling if you fear being alone, then you will feel lonely and then you will become needy and look for validation. What would you say is the difference between a man who's seeking approval from his wife versus seeking it and doing all the things he loves? Yeah, but he's not doing them in front of others, is he? So let's say, for example, he loves fishing and he goes and takes himself off for half day on his own to go and fish. That fills him up and he then comes back feeling full or fuller.
