Dog Ownership During the Pandemic

Dog ownership is way up during the pandemic. Do you think the shelters might fill up again in a year or two? Yeah, I think it's absolutely possible. It's easy to get a dog, but what you're actually signing up for is a 20-year relationship with a living being whose needs you can't anticipate yet. None of us is prepared for how it's going to change us and what we actually need to do to treat that dog well.
