How to Start a Conversation With Goals

Huge fan of focusing on goals, anyone can do that. A three to five minutes spent defining an agenda is a great use of a meeting for 3 to 5 minutes. When you are having a private conversation or, hey, are you coming to this meeting or wow, did you see that Twitter, dogecoin emoji? There's lots of uses for private DMs, but I find that the default in virtual environments is to be like, I don't want to bother people, so I'm just going to DM someone. That's actually counterproductive to effective working virtual teams.
