Are You Having a Hard Conversation With Being Russy?

Morgan: Is there some kind of audit or assessment we can do periodically to kind of see, like, ok, what's happening with communication? I think that can be a conversation in it of itself. So just check it in, checking in with yourself and utilizing feedback from other people who are in your circle. With anxiety, you may recognize that you could be more irritable, and so maybe what you're trying to communicate doesn't come out as effective.
