How to Handle Accountability in a People Positive Culture

Leadership has to be the ultimate responsibility on that. accountability is a practice, not something that happens once a year or quarterly. The way I often access it, especially if people are pushing really hard and sometimes people push as you guys know really hard, is I ask them to think about their best boss. That's an easy question. You can think of your best boss. And then I want to ask the second question, how did that boss handle accountability?
