Johny d: Being able to hold multiple perspective in regard to one's own pantheonalpersonalities allows for becoming bette, to hold space for others multiplicity of being. The more you can move your experience through your different internal perspectives, the more you're likely to be able to sympathiz and empathize with the perspectives of others as well. Johny d: Understanding is more viscerale than knowledge. So in order to evoke that more visceril level, you have to beable to point at things in a way that doesn't get you trapped in the normal knowledge game.
