Aneurysm typically happens on a call setting and an OR set up for trauma is appropriate for that. Most of these patients have some degree of elevated ICP, cerebral perfusion pressure equals MAP minus ICP. The higher ICP, the greater the likelihood that you will trend towards watershed and farx.
