The beauty of intermittent fasting it has reconnected me with my hunger and satiety signals to the point that now I consider myself to be a very intuitive eater within my intermittent fasting paradigm. My body lets me know it's not a struggle I don't feel like I'm fighting my body because I understand my body and I'm working it so anybody listening that's felt like this constant struggle for decades is using information in the toxic diet culture wrong.
