I think as we're talking more and more that we're illuminating, that's often the elephant in the room because people will just have a feeling and write something down and they're not prepared. And then it feels overwhelming or they're sort of committed to a path that's not really going to work for them. Not doing a good job on sleep, diet, and exercise makes you perform worse. Which means less time for the good stuff like that and the good stuff of like enjoying yourself and relaxing.
