I think anything first person and confessional does ring a bell with people, or i guess i should say, strike a note with people that they really like. My goal when i write is never to change the mind of every single person who is reading this particular thing. I just hope i can get one person to think differently. If your life becomes entirely about getting other people to change their minds, you will not live a very happy life. It's important to be sceptical. Most people don't want to change their mind. Changing their mind feels uncomfortable and scary and wrong. That really is hard for people. And i would consider that a major victory if once a week i can get
