I think it's something related to different businesses are operating at a point where they need to focus more on innovation or stability. If you're just early on trying to find product market fit and you need to ship things quickly then your platform team should be building something out to support that. If you've got like a more stable business in place where your customers value the resiliency of the platform then you should start putting in place platform tooling to serve that need. And so I know that's not a neat statement but the idea there is like can your platform find homeostasis with respect to where your business is within its broader lifecycle and in the portfolio of the business.
