Honestly, that's not a joke in the webinar that Guy says. Because some people who love to procrastinate.
Speaker 2
If you're
Speaker 1
enough of a procrastinator and you really don't like to actually get anything done, you will ask the person the question, what if I need to go to the toilet? You fucking
Speaker 2
don't

go. You hold it in, you wear a diaper. Just shit yourself. Just you got to figure out how to get a client and then you can go to the toilet. That probably won't be part of our event. I think I'll allow people to go to the toilet. But yeah, there's something in this idea that when we are at our best, when we make the most money, the years we make the most money at AJ and Smart, it's when we're fast. It's when we're doing things from idea to execution and just trying shit out super fast. And I'm talking about one day or two or three days versus one month or two or three months. You know, one of the worst projects from 2023 at AJ and Smart was a project that was like being fucking talked about for six months before anything even happened. And it still hasn't really made us any money. And the projects that just come out of nowhere, like the workshop or playbook. If you don't know about this book, it's like it essentially an ebook, a glorified ebook pamphlet printed out and made into into a physical format. I think if you type in the workshop or playbook into Google, besides the bad reviews, you'll see the landing page and you'll see what it is. This thing was written everything around this book, including the printing and every single aspect of it was done within the space of six weeks from literally walking into the office and saying, let's do a fucking book. We wanted to do a book funnel to and the book itself was written in like one week, you can tell. And this was a little experiment, a tiny little experiment that turned into into one of the most successful things we've ever done at AJ and Smart. Yes, of course, there are some, but you know, if you look at if you buy, it's free actually on the on the website. But people will still like write bad reviews and shit. But that's fine. It's it's all. I think it's an okay book. You know, it's fine. This is one of the most successful projects we've ever done at AJ and Smart financially. The amount of leads that this book brought in that we were then able to translate into, I mean, maybe some of you listening to this right now only know me and are only listening to this podcast because you saw Facebook out of me holding this book that I created six years ago in the space of like one week. And then we the entire funnel plus the trailer that's on that page plus two online courses that were upsell upsells for that book were all created in the four in six weeks. And it's crazy to think about that because sometimes then I'll kind of lose confidence and we'll try to do the same thing and it takes months and months and months and months. And a lot of that is just this mindset of like, no, these things sometimes it's just about hearing how quick someone else can do something. And sometimes for me, it's just watching a video and hearing some someone did something in like the space of three days, the space of four days. It's completely subjective anyway. You'll basically you know this Parkinson's law thing. The amount of time you give to it is the amount of time it will take. And when it comes to this actions and words thing from the previous episode, listen to the previous episode if you haven't because I think it's very important. Instead of just talking about the shit you're going to be doing, just do it honestly. And there is really no excuse even though entrepreneurs bring me excuses all the time as to why they can't do things, including like this is going to be kind of controversial, but like stuff will happen in your life. If you're an entrepreneur and you're over 30 years old, like stuff's always going to be happening in your life, especially if you have kids, especially all like all of these variables will are happening to every other entrepreneur too. And it's just a matter of whether you actually get stuffed on or not. You know, I'll jump on a call with an entrepreneur. By the way, he's paying me to coach them. And they're like, oh, sorry, I couldn't. Yeah, I couldn't jump on this. You know, first of all, they're like desperately, desperately trying to build their business. They really say they want to do it. And then like one month after talking to them, I have my next catch up and they're like, oh, yeah, sorry. Yeah, you know, we had this, my kid was sick and then this and this and this. And I'm thinking, I mean, my kid was also sick. I also have all of these problems. But because I'm, I have building a business as a priority in my life and because I know all this shit is always happening, I actually time these things and I try to do things much quicker. You know, it's, it's really a matter of whether or not you're able to just get shit done in the circumstance, in the constantly changing circumstances anyway. I think that the,
