Customers are fed up because they have to repeat information and share it with self-service tools such as chat boxes or social media apps. We need a dashboard versus this fetish of hearing from people who don't actually know what's going on. And we also get into this idea of 'yes' or 'no' mode where you're either saying something that isn't true but doesn't make any sense.
