Tim Lister tried to reenact some of the heroic age of polar exploration journeys. He travelled with Douglas marson, who had been accused of eating one of the guys who died in his arms on an ex dition that he was the sole survivor of. But i'm pleased to be able to tell you that he is alive and well, and i made it without the need for the extra calories. I did lose 75 pounds in weight on what was a pretty grueling trip.
