For me that was important as a physio, I don't want to wait until a person comes back in to know if I've done a good job there and then. So basically straight away you can start to palpate changes in the tissue like you'll be able to palpate a difference before and evening and after in the feel of the tissue. You'll also be able to ideally after you've neared or straight away be able to see a change in their range of movement. A lot of needling research is single point, one needle and this is what happens.
