Step two is to really bring people together consistently, start small in the beginning and then expand if you want to into potentially public things like Twitter spaces. There's lots of ways to go about identifying talent. We talk about ourselves. We just kind of ran through seasons. It was three months long. And people would pitch in and you'd start to learn sort of what people were good at and what people had a passion for. The other thing about DAOs is DAOs allow people to go after their passion and to work and do things that they want to do.
