Andi: I find it pretty absurd that people would use the myers brigs to recommend intermittent fasting profiles. Where can i get big five certified? He says he has no idea. But there's this idea floating around that if you let your body fat get high, it impairs your pea ratio and makes it harder to make lean gains.
