Queer Theory and the Pandemic
I'm trying to do a lot with that question of why now in the book and one of the things that I'm doing is just noticing how that appears just in talking about queer theory. Why talk about queer theory now if in some quarters people want to say it's passé, right, is it too late right in some sense. And I of course argue against that I wouldn't have written the book if I thought in fact there was nothing to say about it. But, but also to work it as a as part of understanding what queer is and what it does.
