Stay Fit - It's a Good Idea

Having good values, why, how do we behave allows you to have great conversations with people around their behavior in the organization. What business are we really in? I always say, I don't want any verbs or adverbs, just verbs and objects. We're engaging people in life and mission of our local church. That's it. And if your person can't connect their job description to that sentence, then we have some work to do, right?
