The Victorian government is moving to ban the Nazi salute. That doesn't address anti-trans rhetoric though, does it? So do you think that the government is doing enough to protect the trans community? We are starting to see our events targeted. The City of Mooney Valley had an event for young people late last year that was gate crashed by Nazis in a park. This is happening all the time. It only adds to the disadvantages that we experience because of stigma and discrimination. What we need is an opportunity to live our lives with dignity and with a centre purpose. so the anti-vilification legislation can't come soon enough.
