Michael shellenberg is running for a governor as an independent. He would suggest that the attics are not the ones who should decide whether they should be free to do what they want. If you care about them, there's sort of only one way to give them a chance, which is to take away their rights just long enough that they can be part of the decision making process. Has anybody tried it? Just try it with 50 people and see what happens.
