The Importance of Communication in the Written Language

Communication on a, you know, written level is always going to be difficult. And I think that's the difficulty with communication by the written language as well. When you're training athletes, right, when you tell them to visualize or imagine, they're basically not telling them to create some kind of temporal distortion in the physical realm. They're basically giving their brains an opportunity to prime itself on what success looks like. So it doesn't mean that these athletes are basically time traveling, right? Sure.
