How to Deal With Social Anxiety

In our own minds when somebody has social anxiety, the actual fear of coming across and well or that nervousness being spotted is a lot more amplified. So any sort of blushing changes to your physical appearance can actually be quite off-putting as well in engaging in those interactions because you think that everybody is going to notice it. But all, like you say, by thinking those things, we start to sweat more and blush more and then we actually start to fulfil that prophecy. Our worst case scenarios do or can come true. It's almost like we make it happen. We need to recognise when we are starting to feel anxious because really social anxiety is really about your thoughts.
