Will Developer Fees Come Back?

Keth: Will we see developer fees coming back? I's a way to step up basis for people who plann to sell tax credits. Those tax credits would be capted on the project cost ellery. What do you think? Ye, i say, i think it's possible that that's somethingat we could see. But david and i wrote a paper after the alta decision where we described where developed er fees would work. They certainly don't work where the velopers simply circling cash from one pocket to the other itself.
