The Eu and the Great European Powers

The political class has, for a long time, not had to think about war seriously. The d militarization of europe is pre eminently a cultural phenomenon. More than ever before, the great powers in europe are britain, france and germany. In military terms, only the first two possess strategic and military cultures. Germany is at the opposite end of the spectrum.
