The Biosphere 2 Experiment
On September 26, 1991, the eight Biospherians were blessed by a member of the Crow Tribe and Buddhist monk. The two-year countdown had begun. Inside their enclosure, they got to work caring for their half acre farm with 16 plots. Mark Nelson describes it as one of the most productive half-acre organic farms on Earth.
