What if Your Problem Isn't Critical?
If you solve a problem that isn't critical for your customers, one or more of the following things will happen. They have no interest in paying with no non critical problems. Customers often find alternative ways of solving the problem because they just want to save money. If it saves them time, money and s money, yea, that's great. I'd pay for that. The more your solution provide along these dimensions, the more valuable it'll be.
