Using the Word to Vec in a Machine Learning Architecture

The overall architecture has three components. We have the representation component, that is, what how should we represent our import and then the sentence representation learning,. How can we learn what the actual sentence means? And finally, a maching function that takes these two sentence representations and says, yes, they do much, or no, they do not much.
