The Statrix: A Step-by-Step Process

Trevor Burris: The Statrix is a rubric to use when you encounter things in the future. He says it could be useful for finding something and saying, well, why is that that way? And if you start asking those questions, you probably find that in some way, the steps of the Statrix have occurred or are occurring in a given government program. So apply the Statrix when you find things and keep your imagination going to think of different ways and better ways of doing things.
