The Parallel Discussion in China on Digitizing American Policy

In China, you have the additional problem of articulating your own opinion. I think that's a bigger obstacle in China toward a more nuanced understanding of the United States. So I have not seen similar attempts from the Chinese side to digitize American policy, American politics. There's also another separate issue, but I wonder on some of the data gathering capabilities the Chinese state has.
