The book is called My Mama Says Inside Me Lives a Village. It introduces the concept that inside us live all of these different emotions and they don't control us, but if we listen to them because they're messengers, then they'll go away. And with all of these emotions inside of us, then it means we'll never be alone because we have all of these feelings. Even when we are physically alone, we're connected to our emotions.
