The advantage of the doctor disappears completely like for the quality bar being a doctor goes down. I don't think anybody wants to get into a plane and be like, hey, I'm a diversity hire. But that's the real, you know, and life is an odal moment, right? And we are all men and women on the spot. We have to have the authority to make decisions about ourselves,. our decisions are being overrided by someone else's.
