The answer to anything eight h d it's always get it out of my head. But getting the stuff out of our heads, it has to have some kind of ab an otherwise out of our head means i'll just write it on this grocery list, or i'll write it on my arm, or i'll put it in a note sap i never look at. Or the ultimate no no, which is, i'll just remember. If you ever catch yourself saying, i'll just have to remember, you're not goingto, just know that. You're not going to give yourself the freedom to accept the fact that i'm going to remember is not a thingi it would be wonderful, but it's not, unless it's some trivial piece of information that you have no use for. Childhood phone number, a, three, five, four, five, three, two, seven. Yes, i know my childhood number. I would give that up in a second and replace it with the guy that started at work a few weeks ago, who i've had many conversations with, and i can't mber his name. And now it would be rude to ask him his name. It's just one word, it's just a name, and i can't make it stick. I would give that phone number up in a heartbeat, but that's just not the way we workk, weve just got to except that that's not the way it works. So we have to find our way to do this. And how do we continually work on a thing, work on this long term goal, that it won't necessarily feel good now, but that there is a potential, unknown potential for a great reward later. When i look at the times that i've been successful at this, it's always when i've embodied the goal daily. We are were good at solo focus, working on one thing all the way now. Andfor forget hyperpocus. That's something else. Hyper pocus, to me, that's, that's a life wrecking nightmare of fun. Hyper us is every exciting but failed endeavor, every neat but costly mistake, every disappearance from life in order to immerse myself into that next great thing. Hyperphogus should be labelled as the problem, not the not the gift, right? Not the thing to wrangle and use like a super power. And my opinion is, you can't wrangle it. You can't tap into it. You the only way you be able to tap into it is to somehow make the shitty things in life exciting, super engaging and fun, you know? And who's going to turn tak season into a new ride at disney land? It's not, it's not a thing. All right? Hyperfogus reant. Complete solo focus means that we're working on one thing at a time. And while we're working on that one thing, we're making it easy. We're nudging ourselves daily, and we're looking at the goal daily. Sing the gold daily.
