The recent conflict between Israel and Iran created a bizarre roller-coaster ride that can only be described as hyperreal. Both Israeli and American leaders seemed to be moving the objective goalposts on a regular basis. Ceasefires were declared and then immediately violated. A mixture of symbolic and truly lethal attacks were carried out, making it difficult to gauge the real extent of the conflict. The Prudentialist joins me to discuss.
